Refund Policy

At Acesso Digital, we invest significant time, custom coding, and computational resources into every project the moment an order is confirmed. Therefore, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

1. Digital Portfolios and ATS CVs

Because our services involve custom design and immediate labor, all sales are final once the initial draft or live link has been delivered.

• If you request a cancellation before our team has begun processing your raw data (usually within 12 hours of purchase), you are eligible for a full refund.
• Once development has started, refunds will not be issued. However, we offer revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

2. AI Corporate Headshots

Due to the computational costs of AI generation and the manual retouching process by our design team, AI Headshot services are non-refundable once the images have been delivered. If the generated images contain severe rendering errors, our team will regenerate them at no additional cost.

3. Domain & Hosting Subscriptions

For portfolios requiring custom domains, domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered in your name.
