Acesso Digital provides custom digital portfolio creation, ATS-compliant CV formatting, and AI-generated corporate headshots. Timelines for deployment (usually 48-72 hours) begin only after the client has submitted all requested raw data (CVs, photos, text copy).

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and deployment, the client retains full ownership of the personal data, text, and images populated within their digital portfolio or CV. However, Acesso Digital retains the intellectual property rights to the underlying code, themes, and structural templates used to generate the website.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date professional information. Acesso Digital is not liable for any discrepancies, typos, or false information provided by the client that is published on their portfolio or CV.

4. Limitation of Liability

Acesso Digital guarantees the delivery of a highly optimized digital product but does not guarantee employment, interview requests, or specific career outcomes as a result of using our services.
